The Wichita Gladiator Dash is an annual 5k obstacle course fundraiser for children’s charities in Sedgwick County.
The existing website for the Dash was created using a third-party website builder and didn’t include essential features such as online ticket sales, FAQ section or customizable contact forms. In addition, it was not mobile-device friendly, a big issue when the majority of website traffic is from a phone.
A custom WordPress theme was developed which included the ability to integrate tickets sales, as well as a robust FAQ section. Additional elements include a photo gallery and library of current and past course maps. The new site is fully responsive and easy for the client to update in-house.
